All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Manchester atelier. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two premium shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Notice: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 48 hours, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions. Returns without an RAN cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package Your Return
