Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or made-to-order items
Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 48 hours, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions. Returns without an RAN cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Please include:
- The item in its original packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation
- The completed returns form (included with your original shipment)
Step 4: Ship Your Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for traceability
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any customs duties or taxes paid are the customer’s responsibility
